Hydrotherapy Massage Chairs
Hot Pool The delightfully hot water increases blood flow and relaxes tense muscles. Cold Pool Take the ‘plunge’; experience the exhilarating effects of the cold pool. Toning and invigorating, this method of contrast hydrotherapy greatly enhances the benefits of heat treatments such as the sauna, steam room and hot pool. Dry Sauna The Sauna is a dry heat environment, designed to stimulate circulation, induce perspiration and flush out toxins. The sauna should be followed by a cool shower to regulate body temperature. We recommend 10 minutes in a Steam or Dry Sauna at a time. Always shower after using the Steam and Sauna to cleanse your skin – and prior to entering pools. Health professionals suggest two heat treatments per day is sufficient. Relaxing in the Rasul Steam Room Steam RoomProviding the benefits of a sauna without the discomfort of dry heat, a steam treatment provides a moist heat that causes the body to perspire and eliminate toxins. Like the Sauna, a steam session should also be followed by a cool shower. Vichy ShowerEmbrace the revitalising effects of the Vichy shower. A horizontal bar consisting of eight shower heads featuring specialised jets, delivering drenching warm sprays of water with alternating jet pressures to provide a unique form of hydro-massage. Dual Affusion Shower A shower experience designed for two – combining aromatherapy steam, varying water temperatures and pressure jets to massage the entire body including the reflexology points of the feet.
