Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred appointment time. Try to book at least one week in advance, and at least two weeks in advance on holidays. 

Fifty percent (50%) of the treatment fee is required as a reservation fee at the time of booking in order to secure your Spa appointment. Credit card details are requested to secure an appointment. Major Credit Cards are accepted. Your reservation fee will be refunded in full if greater than 24 hours' notice of cancellation is provided.  

All group bookings require a 50% deposit two weeks prior to the schedued appointments.

We suggest you arrive approximately an hour prior to your appointment to allow you to unwind, relax and enjoy the many benefits our Bath House and Hydrotherapy facilities provide. If you will not be using our Bath House facilities then we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointed time.

When making your booking, please inform us of any special health considerations or conditions you may have that could affect your desired treatment or your use of the Bath House facilities. To ensure all guests enjoy the tranquil surrounds we request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and turn off all mobile phones. We have both female and male professional therapists, so if you have a personal preference, please advise at the time of your booking.

What if I'm Late?: As a courtesy to all clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late will unfortunately reduce your treatment time and, most importantly, your relaxation and enjoyment.

Minimum Age: Paradise Spa welcomes guests 12 years and over. Guest between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and in all areas (including during treatments). As we are a licensed premises, guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What should I bring with me?:  We recommend that no jewellery be worn during your Spa visit. A safety deposit box is provided at reception; however the Paradise Spa & Bath House accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought into the Spa premises. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing to the Spa, and a swimsuit. We provide all guests with a robe, slippers, towels and a locker for personal belongings. During treatments, to enhance your comfort and privacy, draping procedures are standard and disposable underwear is available. Swimwear must be worn in the communal areas.
